Kaplin Stewart Meloff Reiter & Stein won a first-impression case when the Pennsylvania Supreme Court held that a municipal moratorium on the development of a property owner’s land during development constitutes a Fifth Amendment “taking.” AJ Fin spread the word in regional business and real estate journals.

World Investor Link (WIL), a financial information provider, sought press for its new service: a premiere index of individual investor sentiment marketed to WIL’s corporate and mutual fund clients positioned as a window to individual investor trends.  The resulting media placements reflect AJFin’s success in pitching the value of the client’s services in a timely and relevant way during a NASDAQ correction.
